Yoga does not exclude anybody from its multiple benefits. We are no different when it comes to mental health problems or personal issues compared to the rest of the population. Mental health is as much as important as physical health. We have to take care of ourselves. According to the Health and Human Services office of Minority Health, African Americans are 20% more likely to experience serious mental health issues than the general population. And I guarantee you that…Yoga takes care of the mind and the body.
